Customer Services

We don't believe in referring you to a website if you need help - instead all of our clients have access to our Customer Services team based at our Head Office in Leeds. They're available on the end of a telephone, by email or through our dedicated customer portal.

Our team can help you with a variety of things including:

  • Purchasing or renewing domain names in over 30 countries
  • Setting up email addresses and accounts for your staff
  • Providing you with help and assistance in managing your website
  • Dealing with the entire process of applying for merchant facilities
  • Answering queries about your website, ecommerce and our systems
  • Pointing you in the direction of further help if your request is outside of our knowledge
