Chapter Eight has revolutionised the way in which we shop for designer jewellery. When The Precious Monkey Jewellery Company (TPMJC) asked us for a "Charm Bracelet Builder" to create highly individual charm bracelets on-line, we welcomed a precious friend.

The "Charm Bracelet Builder" is fully integrated into the stock control and supply chain held at "The Monkey House" (where jewellers hand-make customers' selections). This ensures that the on-line jeweller's precious store of gems, silver and gold is ready day and night to be made into unique bracelets.

Pages set up by Chapter Eight on Facebook and Twitter have drawn fashion-mad shoppers to buy and recommend the Precious Monkey experience - enabling the jeweller to reduce traditional print advertising spend in favour of Pay-Per-Click and viral marketing.
