More holidays that is. With us you'll enjoy 25 days paid holiday PLUS the statutory bank holidays.

Profit related bonus

You could earn up to an additional month of salary each year with our profit related bonus scheme - which is open to all staff in the company. It's our way of saying thank you for 12 months of working and playing hard.

Wedding Week

If you get married or have a Civil Partnership, we'll give you an extra 5 days' holiday to celebrate your wedding week. Of course, it would be nice to have a piece of wedding cake and an invite in exchange, but it's not obligatory.

Baby Bonus

If you have a baby we'll give you a £200 baby bonus on top of your statutory maternity or paternity leave. We're not trying to double the population, we just see that congratulations are in order.

Let's Party!

We like to throw a party and do so at least twice a year. Our Summer Sizzler BBQ and our Winter Warmer Christmas Party are the key social events of the year and are not to be missed!

Helping you to greater wealth

Not everyone's a financial wizard, that's why we arrange workshops with private financial advisors to help all employees.

With busy lives, we know how hard it is to keep on top of the best savings plans, mortgage deals and tax breaks, so we invite experts in to offer you impartial advice.

Payroll Giving

We encourage our team to give a small amount to charity, that's why we've set up Payroll Giving. It's your choice of course, but if you wish to be philanthropic, we'll support your donation and help you increase your donation through the GiftAid scheme.

Order of the Shoe Horn

This is not some arcane medieval ritual, but is a monthly award given to the person who goes the extra mile for the company or for their colleagues. Award criteria might include: helping your team mates; nurturing clients; being extra lovely - shoe-horning in a ray of sunshine to your packed schedule.

Entries for the award are put into a ballot box and the winner is given a £50 voucher with which to dine out. Salute!
